Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping — $14
    Budget-friendly option. Transit time varies by carrier and destination.
  • Standard Shipping — $17
    Faster processing and delivery. Typically 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping — $22
    Priority handling and quickest delivery. Typically 1–2 business days.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Core Tire Motorsports is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Missing items after a delivery scan

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Email us at coretiremotorsports@icloud.com
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and work to make it right.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
